We're building the membership system now and aiming to open it to founding members soon. Joining the waitlist guarantees you'll be invited before public launch and lock in current rates for life.
Monthly members can cancel any time — no lock-in. Annual plans include a 12-month commitment in exchange for the discounted rate; cancelling early may incur fees to cover services and discounts already received. Any unused service credits roll over to the end of your term.
Not at all. Non-members get the same quality service at standard rates. Membership is for clients who want priority, discounts, and bundled extras.
Each membership covers one vessel as the primary. Additional vessels can be added at a discount — talk to Geordie about your situation when we open enrolment.
Discounts apply automatically to your invoice — no codes needed. Gold Select and Premier members get 10% and 15% off the standard $175/hr labour rate. Gold Signature members get exclusive member labour rates and at-cost parts pricing, both quoted upfront.
If we adjust prices in the future, founding members keep their original rate as long as their membership stays active. It's our thank-you for backing the membership early.
